These staff are probably making less than £30 a week and they are brainwashed daily to believe they are the only ones who can save the world. I really feel for this guy Andy and would love to see him out of the cult. I dont believe he sees the real world around him and if he did get out he would have a hell of a time adjusting and coming to terms with giving up the best years of his life.
