Scientology has really taught me how to learn. I know study technology which solves the problem of lost concentration. Now when I do not understand a word I don't go past it, I ask what it means or I look it up in a dictionary. I can then continue to study well.
I have learned how to effectively help people when they are no feeling well. The process you use is called an assist, which 'assists' somebody to recover from illness and injury. I have had them and they are very effective.
