Most Educational Consultancy providers focus purely upon finance management whereas we offer a wider "Business Manager" solution to our clients. We offer support to schools in all aspects of managing a business in the 21st century. Comprehensive financial support, facilities & estates management, personnel management, policy implementation, project management, bid writing, staff training (specialising in both SIMS & CMIS) and Governor support are examples of the wide range of services we offer. Most recently we have assisted in implementing the Singe Status package in schools, advised and assisted in preparing for OfStEd & Audit reviews and provided strategic financial support when requested.

As Business Manager I am responsible for all not teaching aspects of managing a school. Estates, Personnel & Financial Management are key areas that are delegated to me by Head Teachers & Governors. Given my extensive experience of working within the Local Authority for over ten years and within international hotel finance for an additional five years I have a broad experience base to draw from. I assist schools in writing & implementation of policy (most recently Single Status implementation - November, 2009), support during OfStEd, Audit (& FMSiS) & setup systems to ensure compliance with CRB & UK Border Agency legislation.
