Scientology isn't a cult. It doesn't say anything about "Xenu" or a "Galactic Federation". It doesn't say anything about a God or Jesus or any other forms of Dogma. No one eats placenta. And Tom Cruise isn't crazy for being a member.It isn't perfect, but it's well intentioned and there are plenty of people who feel they've been helped by it. Why should it be considered crazier than any multi-thousand-year-old religion with dogma?Seriously want to know the answer to "What is Scientology"? ABOUT ME

With a childhood in the South of France and an adolescence in Sussex, England - I found myself making what I liked, not where I was, my home.

I've always had a great respect for art & design since my first art class at school. Originally intent on architecture, that plan changed when I discovered the length of study necessary before I could practice professionally; I was eager to work.

I stumbled upon poster design and typesetting on my Art & Design GNVQ course at college. It struck me then that Graphic Design was the answer to my dream career. I could satiate my hunger for artistic creativity and simultaneously meet the economic demand for commerciality; this was the perfect balance.

I have since pursued Graphic Design with great interest and am incessantly rummaging the market for new and exciting ways to communicate a message with words and images - which is what I believe Graphic Design is all about.

OBJECTIVE

I am currently Freelancing as a Graphic Designer. I have plenty of experience within the profession and can produce high quality design work under tight deadlines and high client demand. I enjoy working with people and learn a lot from team activities. I do not have an agency background as such due to having freelanced from the start, but I have worked within companies on projects to great success. I would like - at this stage in my career - to move to a permanent position within an agency or join a team/business as the designer. I feel I would benefit from this as a designer as working with others will enhance my potential.
