About Myself
Hello, my name is George Baillie, and here is a little bit about myself:
I got into Scientology in September, 1970. I was on Academy Level 0, as a public and joined staff in the Toronto Organization in May 1971. I continued my auditor training but as a member of the Technical Training Corps in that organization. I trained up to Class 5 Graduate and audited 55-60 hours per week. I went to the Apollo in Sept 1973 and did the Saint Hill Special Briefing Course and other courses. I graduated and returned to Toronto in January 1975. I stayed on staff until May 1983. I have been a full time Field Staff Member and Field Auditor since that time. I have also operated a Scientology Mission in Halifax, Nova Scotia from 1988 until 1994. My case level is OT 8.

My Success in Scientology
I trained under L. Ron Hubbard on the Sea Organization Motor Vessel, Apollo and learned an incredible amount about counseling a pre-clear. The competence I gained from this and Scientology helped me in every area of my life.

This thread has a lot of Scientolgese (will make no sense unless you translate it):


I remember Brighton Org [Third Floor, 79-83 North StreetBrighton BN1 1ZA Tel: 01273 326 000], back in the 90's (when it had more than 10 staff as it does now) had a pair of Reg's that worked in tandem. One was the ED (and not an official reg) and one was the Reg and the EO, interestingly. They used to target a public they knew (because they snooped their bank accounts) had money and gradually gain their trust and cream them for every penny they had. It was scandalous.

I remember them both cheering ecstatically when they regged about £25,000 out of some Russian bloke that was on-lines there.

They were celebrating the mere fact that they'd got this guy to get his father to send him £25,000 before 2 PM on a Thursday. I remember a comment one of them made to him, "You're such a knowing thetan to have made sure you were born to a Russian banker."

I thought, "So this is what these people are all about." And left.

What I found objectionable about this practice was that:

A) When you make a payment to an Org. that money just sits on your account, it doesn't go into CoS coffers. You have to buy something.

So what they did was to browbeat the public into buying taped lectures and books you didn't want such as the R&D volumes so they could transfer the cash into the CoS account and the staff could get paid a bit of it.

And when that public became skint as a result and hadn't done the auditing he'd/she'd paid for and their case was worsening they (Brighton Org) would change their opinion of said public overnight and consign them to being low toned or tried to reg them for staff.

The staff talked about public and mocked the lower-toned ones behind closed doors, even though they were the ones keeping the Org afloat financially.

Brighton Org and Campbell Tarbet (Ex-EO and reg and almost declared once) and Nigel McEnery (Ex- ED of Brighton Org) need investigating for their years of fraud at Brighton Org. and held accountable.






There were indeed fraudulent loan applications left, right and centre and diddling the numbers to make it look like you had the income to cover the payments. Campbell [Tarbet] was one for that.

Then there was another Reg that started after Campbell was around, a black guy. I don't remember his name but he was even worse. I went to see him once and he had the loan forms already written out with my bank account details on everything. He said he had them all in a book. The f****r! I told him to stuff the auditing. LOL. He ended up getting pulled because of some ethics sit, not surprisingly. Good laugh though. So was Matt. He was around for a while. Good bloke, not his scene though, he could think for himself. LOL. Another one Campbell declared cos he felt spiteful. Nasty man.

I remember Catrina. She was pretty full-on and did give a lot. Such a waste of her energy and I too hope she comes to her senses soon.

❝Despite numerous reports to the contrary, Chris Malin was in fact born as a human being in Birmingham, England, August 1978. His mother was herself a guitar player, and Chris spent the majority of his formative years surrounded by music, primarily one of his mother’s favourite bands – Guns ‘N’ Roses.

Despite such an introduction to the world of thrashing guitar and thundering bass, Chris was not altogether taken by music at all. Fortunately this affliction lasted only until the age of fifteen. The precipitating factor in his significant change of viewpoint occurred in a science class of all things. Perhaps a divine visitation, perhaps something else entirely, Chris was overpowered by an all-embracing certainty regarding his purpose and direction in life. To this day he still has no idea why the concept of playing Bass Guitar came to him. He had no previous experience with the instrument, and certainly no great admiration for it. His parents, until that time relatively understanding and decent people, became concerned, even anxiety-ridden, regarding their son’s apparent loss of connection to reality. He returned from school, from work, from anywhere, and immediately he was in his room playing bass guitar. Sometimes he did not eat; often he did not sleep. He collected bags beneath his eyes that could carry luggage. Chris started playing live gigs, he joined bands, gained an almost unparalleled reputation…even internationally-acclaimed rock bassist Billy Sheehan was completely awestruck at what this kid could do. Billy, having heard Chris play a solo to him personally one afternoon (Chris was only 16 at the time), took the liberty of informing many bass players at one of his clinics as to Chris’s abilities. Chris became someone to look out for, someone to watch, and his ascendancy has been nothing short of miraculous since that time. The session work swiftly followed, playing live, touring, forever in demand. He worked as a songwriter for Sony, penning work for artistes such as Kylie Minogue and Jamiroquai. American rap artist P.Diddy tracked Chris down for his tour, but due to the imminent birth of his daughter Chris had to reluctantly decline.

Chris Malin has played with the best. From moments of sheer unadulterated genius – caterwauling up and down the fretboard like a derailed freight train, to some of the most glissando and soulful bass that could ever grace human ears – Chris has constantly astounded listeners the world over. Gray Levett is an extremely successful businessman, world-renowned photographer, Fellow of the Institute of Directors and editor of an internationally famous photography magazine. You will find him in the Who's Who of Britain's Business Elite 2011 (which makes it his third year in a row).
He also happens to be an honorary member of the Explorers Club! And he is a long-term and dedicated Scientologist.
Gray was a major supporter in our international campaign to bring fire Way to Happiness to libraries and here is what he had to say:

Hereby I ask Nikon UK Ltd, Kodak US Sponsorships (contact sheet choose OTHER - Corporate information > Sponsorships) and the Nikon Owners Club International (email), if they condone the inhuman treatment of children. And if not whether they plan on any longer supporting the Scientology UK base 'Saint Hill Manor' and its child labor. Gray Levett, co-founder of Grays of Westminster, is a self confessed scientologist and can use that as excuse but I had expected higher standards from Nikon and Kodak.

Aggressive PR; Successful Targeting Of Highly Influential People

It is worth mentioning that in all my time in UK Sea Org, Gray's was considered a jewel of a PR tool for the cult.Thanks to the aggressive PR methods by Gray Levett and co, big 'photography weekends were often held at Saint Hill, with real celebrity photographers running workshops, these events brought a positive image of the cult to an important PR target group, wealthy Brits with serious connections into politics, finance, arts and education. These were very professionally run and sponsored ostensibly by Gray's and Nikon. I am fairly certain that this stuff continues to this day.
